About MSB Holdings, LLC.

MSB Holdings is a single member Limited Liability Company and real estate holding company for a number of properties in the Madison area. 

The managing member Michael Bonebrake has been involved in the real estate industry for 20 years. Bonebrake began buying real estate in 1995 with a friend and business partner who, together, acquired numerous properties.

They continued for several years until the business grew large enough to allow an amicable split. Many of the buildings MSB Holdings currently owns were purchased in the early years.

Oftentimes the business partners sought out buildings with an abundance of original charm including features such as hardwood floors or leaded stained glass windows and many other features. 

MSB Holdings feels that this pride of ownership still shows in the buildings and is part of why a high percentage of our tenants renew their leases year after year.
