Move in information for August 15th start dates

Welcome to your apartment with Msb Holdings. Below you’ll find instructions and links to information about your August 15th move-in. 

You may pick up keys to your apartment at 2562 East Johnson St. between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 on the day your lease begins. If you cannot pick up the keys during this time frame, please email us to make alternate arrangements. Remember, before you pick up your keys, you will need submit the receipt of check in form, pay the first month’s rent, and the remainder of your security deposit if any. Please communicate with your roommates before you arrive at our office to make sure you have everyone’s share. 

Our cleaners will be preparing your apartment for you the night and morning before move-in. This makes early move-in impossible unless you submit the Early Move in Cleaning Waiver. The cleaning waiver is optional but might be helpful if your current lease ends too close to the move-in date.

If you choose not to waive the cleaning, your move-in time is 12:00 noon on the 15th.

Below are steps to take prior to move in:

Acknowledge receipt of our check in form 

Understand Maintenance procedures and explanation of emergencies. Note: texting for administrative or maintenance concerns is acceptable for more pressing issues, but please limit them to regular business hours unless it’s an emergency.

Pay your rent or security deposit online!

Set up your internet service if you want it.

If applicable, register your vehicle with us.

Take a moment to find out when your trash day is.

Take a moment to understand winter parking regulations.

If you heat or electric, call Mg&E to set up your utilities - 608-252-7222. Note: water bills are send from MSB and do not need to be set up in your name.

Once moved in fill out and submit your check in sheet,  which is used to document any damage in your apartment upon move in. If you’d prefer to print and fill out the form, you can get a printable copy here.
